When you use Sparkos, we process chat messages, feedback, task replies, product materials, uploaded documents, and configuration content related to co-creation pages.

To keep the service stable and secure, we may collect basic logs, device and browser information, access times, page paths, and error data.

We use information to provide account access, AI conversations, feedback organization, product co-creation pages, notifications, support responses, and safety controls.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, regulated data, or content you are not authorized to provide. If you upload materials for a team, you must have the required permissions.
